Basic requirements:

• Ability to work with large with data;
• Knowledge of the operational processes of the online store;
< li>Communication skills with external partners;
• Experience with the Microsoft Office package and 1C will be an advantage.

Functional duties:

• Organization of work of warehouses and stores within the framework of shipment of goods on E-com;
• Control of shipment, quality and speed of shipment of goods;
• Organization of supply of consumables;
• Organization of the supply of consumables. Ensuring that warehouses, stores and partners comply with company standards (KPI);
• Coordination of the work of all participants in logistics processes;
• Interaction with partners to solve operational and current issues;
• Processing customer service inquiries regarding the quality of the shipped product;
• Motivation of store employees for direct shipments;
• Preparation of reporting on performance indicators of the operational component of the online store.
