One of our products: Esper Hand is a self-learning robotic prosthetic arm that detects muscle activity and adjusts controls based on user behavior patterns , to perform everyday tasks with greater human-like dexterity.

We are looking for Operations Manager in Esper Ukraine (CSR project of Esper Bionics). The project provides Ukrainian veterans with the opportunity to receive Esper Hand prostheses for free, and also provides patients with limb amputations with support in the course of prosthetics and the use of the prosthesis.

Requirements for candidates:

• Work experience in similar positions, for example: assistants, coordinators, operational managers of volunteer /charity projects.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple sub-projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders, developed empathy.
• Technical level: high level of mastery of Google Services tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira). CRM experience is also a plus.
• Analytical skills: the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data to assist in the decision-making process.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in building healthy relationships with all stakeholders - team members, users, society, partners etc.
• Conduct operational work in a team - organize, coordinate, control, etc.
• To systematize information and documentation used in project work.
• Collect and systematize feedback.
• Work with CRM and ERP systems.
