Looking forOperations Manager in Esper Ukraine (CSR-proobject of Esper Bionics). The project provides an opportunity for Ukrainian veterans to receive Esper Hand prosthetic hands for free, and also provides patients with limb amputations with support during prosthetics and prosthetic use.

• Experience in similar positions, for example: assistants, coordinators, operational managers of volunteer/charity projects.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage multiple sub-projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders, developed empathy.

• Technical Level: Proficiency in Google Services tools; familiarity with project management software is a plus (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira). CRM experience is also a plus.

• Analytical skills: the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data to assist in decision-making.

• Time management: ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
