Operations Manager (Cosmetics) in CANNI Professional

We are looking for a responsible and systematic specialist who will combine work with social networks, customer orders and preparation of product documentation for cosmetic products.

Main duties:

Social networks and communications

• Maintenance of brand pages in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, other platforms as needed)
• Publishing content according to the content plan
• Processing incoming messages, comments and appeals customers
• Maintaining the tone of brand communication

Working with orders

• Accepting and processing orders from the website / social networks / marketplaces
• Communication with customers regarding payment, delivery, order status
• Coordination of shipments and interaction with delivery services
• Keeping records of orders

Product documentation

• Formation and maintenance of Product Information File (PIF) for cosmetic products
• Collection and systematization of data by composition, raw materials, specifications
• Interaction with technologist / suppliers / safety assessment specialist
• Preparation of documentation for notification of cosmetic products
• Maintaining documentation relevance

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience with social media or customer support
• Attention to detail and systematic handling of documents
• Basic understanding of cosmetic products or willingness learn
• Ability to work with tables and files (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Competent written Ukrainian language

Will be an advantage:

• Experience withcosmetic documentation (PIF, notification)
• Understanding the requirements of Ukrainian or European cosmetic legislation
• Experience of e-commerce or D2C brands
