Have the following skills:

• Experience in personnel management in an administrative position, preferably in the service sector. Number of subordinates from 50 people (technical, production, sales personnel);
• Experience of working in a cleaning company will be +;
• Higher education;
• High level of communication, experience in conducting negotiations;
• Working in a multitasking system, mobility, readiness for traveling work;
• Confident PC user (Word, Excel)
• Organizational skills, high level of communication, activity.

• Project management in the given region (Lviv and Western region);

  • Selection, training, adaptation of personnel, team formation, personnel control;
  • Effective communication with the Customer;
  • Control of the implementation of budgets, drawing up and implementation of a plan for competent optimization of unit costs;
  • Quality control of work execution in accordance with service contracts;
  • Maintenance of documentation, internal reporting.
