We have a wide partner network of more than 250 top digital agencies, integrators and other companies that use our product every day in their work and improve their business results.

We are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Specialist with a desire to grow, develop and build a career with perspective. If you love order, numbers and processes, pay attention to details, are ready to be responsible for the result and dig into the details to make everything work perfectly - this position is for you.

Hard Skills:

  1. Confidence in using Google Sheets/Excel using spreadsheet design and basic formulas.
  2. Using time optimization tools, including ChatGPT, to test or create formulas and automations.
  3. Experience creating plans, spreadsheets, and structured documents.
  4. Ability to structure text or an action plan, numbering, and bulleting information.
  5. Will be a plus:English at the Intermediate level: translation of technical materials, recording of short English-language videos, participation in English-speaking circles.

Soft Skills:

  1. Organized, attentive to details and meeting deadlines.
  2. Independence, responsibility and discipline.
  3. Curiosity, ability to quickly adapt and analyze processes.
  4. Initiative and ability to propose improvements in processes.
  5. Ability to calmly accept constructive criticism and bring work to a result.

What to do:

  1. Evaluate the work of Revenue Department employees using checklists.
  2. Monitor compliance with standards in leads, deals and tasks in CRM.
  3. Report errors in Zoho CRM/Planfix.
  4. Conduct analytics and reporting.
  5. Organize certifications of Revenue Department employees (2-3 times a year): update questions, conduct evaluation, check results and transfer to team leaders.
  6. Issue access to all necessary systems for new employees.
  7. Process other tasks and issues that arise in the process of interaction with colleagues and various divisions of the company.
