Operations manager at a public organization in GoGlobal

"GoGlobal"is looking for an operations director.

"GoGlobal" is an educational foundation that has been initiating, piloting and scaling projects in the educational field for seven years. 

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience working with organizational changes and creating and describing business processes and organizational structures, job descriptions and etc.;
• have professional connections with educational institutions, in state authorities;
• have coaching / facilitation tools for working with a team;
• understand the importance of education for the development of the country.
• know fundraising activities;
• have an MBA degree (preferred);

Functional position:

• management of internal operational processes of all areas of the organization;
• ensuring timely fulfillment of deadlines regarding obligations to donors and partners; calculation of personnel costs, including financial resources;
• analysis of current processes and a systematic approach capable of increasing their effectiveness;
• work with the organizational structure and functionality of divisions;
• concluding agreements with partners and customers;
• drawing up the operational plan of the organization and monitoring its implementation; 

Our expectations:

• have at least 3 years of management experience in managerial positions in the public / commercial / public sector;
