Operations manager (analyst) in Apteka ANC

Ukrainian market leader - National chain of pharmacies "ANS", "SHAR @", "Kopiyka" is looking for - Operations manager (analyst).

Responsibilities:

• verification of reports on the performance of tasks by personnel and comparison of data in the existing digital systems of our Company;
• systematization of data and development proposals for improving digital processes determined by the results of the analysis;
• preparation of analytical products (research, analytical reports, accompanying communication materials, etc.) based on the information collected by the project, as well as other sources;
• participation in the "Calendar" project; 
• preparation of presentations of the results of analytical materials.

Requirements:

• work experience from 2 years as an analyst;

• higher education;

• Knowledge of programs —Excel (VVR functions, SUMMESLY and others, erected tables);

• knowledge of information collection, evaluation and analysis methods;

• skills for working with large amounts of information;

• ability to plan and organize your working day;

• Personal qualities: attentiveness, perseverance, self-organization and self-control, multifunctionality, structural and analytical thinking, good memory
