Perla Helsa is a D2C wellness brand that started its journey in 2019 selling high-quality nutritional supplements and is currently expanding into new markets (EU) and new food products lines.

Our Instagram has more than 315K followers and more than 100,000 satisfied customers in Ukraine over the past 5 years.

We are looking for a person for the position of Operations Manager, which will help us become even more effective, has a desire to constantly develop, find new solutions and improve their skills. And most importantly, you will complement our friendly team and be a reliable support for the brand.

You are our ideal candidate if:

< li>have experience in the field of operational management
1. can create business processes, systems and automate them
2. have a high level of responsibility and self-organization
3. have strong analytical and communication skills
4. you speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level
5. experience with Power BI will be an advantage

In Perla Helsa you will:

• organize the supply of products and logistics to the end consumer
• create reports on the results of the company's work (Power BI), work with base
• communicate and support cooperation and exchange of information with contractors and between departments
• implement the needs of other departments regarding CRM and Power BI customizations with contractors
• set up services, administer the work of departments in those spaces
• to find solutions to problems, "put out where there is a fire"
