Due to the constant development and expansion of our team, we are looking for An  Operations Manager who will be able to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of our company.

What you will do:

• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Collection and analysis of requirements to determine the needs and goals of BP participants
• Documentation of requirements, formation and determination of priorities
• Analysis of AS IS processes, modeling and automation of TO BE organization processes
• BP description
• Formation of various types of documents within the project
• Effective interaction and communication with a team of IT specialists and other team members

Required experience and knowledge:

• Experience in building business processes, description, optimization
• Experience working with documents: description of procedures, regulations, etc.
• Experience with business process modeling tools such as BPMN
• Ability to analyze information
• Work with budgets
• Project Management. Bazhano - Lean
• Required: business process methodology
