In order to strengthen and grow the business, it opens a vacancy for an Operations Manager.
We expect from you:
- experience in B2B sales from 1 year in distribution companies in the positions: ZED manager, Purchasing manager, Logist, etc.;
- knowledge and understanding of legislation and the process of international goods supply;
- knowledge of goods accompanying and goods and transport ZED documents;< /b>
- experience working with 1C, CRM;
- knowledge of MS OFFICE at the user level;
- availability of higher education.
Your duties will be:
- reception and processing (analysis / clarification) applies from active customers ;
- communication with the client on operational issues: statuses, answers to typical questions;
- adaptation the client's request for an order / application in accordance with the requirements of operational departments;
- entering the order / application into 1C;
- completeness analysis and reliability of information provided by the client;
- clarification of the client's information on issues of operational departments;
- control of the return of primary documents from the client;
- control of receiving payment for completed orders/applications ;
- interaction with other departments of the company;
- sending current terms of cooperation, digests.
