Operations Manager in Oleksandr Rybak

We are looking for Operations manager to join our team!
 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating most processes within the company.
• Building processes from scratch.
• Working with CRM, Jira/Confluence or equivalents.
• Documenting and describing processes.
• Using CRM, VOIP, and analytics tools.
• Description and documentation of processes.
• Implementation of CRM systems and end-to-end analytics.

• Facilitating communication between Marketing/Sales/BO/Dealing teams.

   

Requirements:

• Experience in Fintech/CFD, preferably with offshore licenses or ASIC.
• Analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English (required), Ukrainian/Russian (preferred).

• Knowledge of sequence diagrams or BPMN is a plus.
