Our gambling company is looking for operation manager with the prospect of growth up to CCO of the direction.
Responsibilities
-Monitoring key metrics;
-Execution and evaluation of marketing initiatives;
-Identify and secure growth opportunities;
-Analyze and adjust product and PR business;
-Increase customer lifetime value and ensure positive ROI;
-Communicating and overseeing work with partner teams;
-Monitoring and analyzing key metrics;
-Gathering market analytics and generating reports;
-Communication with other departments.
Requirements
-Fluent English (at least B2)
-At least 2 years experience in gambling/arbitrage at the position of operation manager;
-Experience in scaling and market development;
-Experience in Asian/LatAm market as a big plus;
-On the "you" side of BI, business process description, and task management.
