We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Ops Manager- a! Important: – Work experience of Product/Project/Operation manager from 2 years; - Work experience in defense technology. or in the armed forces for one year or more; – English B2+; – Experience in BIG 4 / IT / FMCG will be an advantage; - Experience in successful implementation of complex projects will be an advantage; - Experience working in a startup will be an advantage. Challenges: - You will take on the implementation of one of the directions of the turnkey project: work with partners (Ukrainian and foreign) + work with investors; – You will be able to identify and form a direction development strategy, set goals and form tasks for your focus; - You are also ready to be involved in cross-functional work within the framework of other directions; - You can operate in a situation of limited resources and super-fast work, including on weekends.
