Operations Manager

This role will play a key part in developing the newly formed organization.Responsibilities:Comprehensive administrative support for the team.Preparation of project documentation.Communication with clients/partners on administrative matters.Coordination of travel arrangements.Management of office systems, including data handling and storage.Time and expense reporting.Preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations.Coordination of procurement/vendor search procedures.Organization of internal events.Requirements:Higher education.Fluent in English and Ukrainian.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Minimum 3 years of experience as an operations manager in professional services or nonprofit organizations.Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, calendars, Zoom/Teams/Meet, AI-assisted programs including meeting protocol and transcript preparation).Personal qualities: attention to detail, communication, presentation skills.Reporting: Reports to CEO.Hiring Process:Interview with Recruiter - 45 minTest Task - 3-4 hoursInterview with COO - 45 minFinal call with CEO - 30 min (optional)
