YOUR TASKS WILL BE: Manage territorial managers in the region Control the operational state of the region's stores Manage trade and non-trade processes in the region's stores Execute the sales plan, take measures to increase it Analyze the performance indicators of the stores Improve the standards of the network (designing shop windows, customer service, maintaining cash discipline, check -letters, work schedule rules, etc.)Responsible for the staffing of store staffResponsible for the level of satisfaction of customers of the network and staffTraining staff WE GIVE ADVANTAGE TO CANDIDATES WITH:Experience of working as a manager of a region / group of stores from 3 years in food retail (preferably)Knowledge of the operating model of a retail networkKnowledge operational processes of store managementKnowledge of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the retail network and the peculiarities of their calculationKnowledge of the assortment of grocery retail, gastronomy and meat will be an advantageKnowledge of the legislative framework for retail trade.
