Operations Manager in SmallPrice

Remote Operations Manager SmallPrice is a 5-year journey from a small online store in 2019 to one of the leaders of e-commerce wow goods in Ukraine. We are actively growing and every month we have tens of thousands of new satisfied customers, but we want to have even more, so we are looking for an effective and active Operations Manager to join our team. We definitely want to see in our candidate: Successful experience of working as an Operations Manager, Project Manager in the field of digital, e-commerce, retail from 2 years; Experience in effective team management, task setting and performance management; Experience in compiling and submitting reports; Understanding how the site works and e-commerce in general; Excellent communication and organizational skills, activity, the ability to quickly join the process and work on the result; The level of English is not lower than the Intermediate level. Key tasks: Operational management and coordination of team work, including adaptation and training; setting the goals of tasks (a team of 15 employees); Control of performance of key indicators by employees of departments; Compilation of reports reflecting the efficiency of departmental work; Work with contractors. We can offer you: Salary, which consists of a comparison and KPI, payments without delays. Work schedule 5/2 (Mon.-Fri.) from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., break — 1 hour.
