Operations Manager in Genesis

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then accompanies the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce and R&D.

We are looking for a person for the position of Operations Manager who, in cooperation with other business stakeholders will contribute to the development of Genesis and will be responsible for the establishment of operational activities of the ecosystem and strategic projects.

You will participate in various initiatives - from the analysis of current processes to project management for the transformation of the processes of the entire ecosystem.

And you will also work with the company's top management, ecosystem businesses and partners.

Your tasks will be:

• Building and optimizing processes at the Head Office of the ecosystem and in cooperation with other companies;
• Supporting cooperation with external and internal stakeholders of the ecosystem;
• Creating reports and conducting presentations for Genesis partners;
• Analysis of the market, competitors, analysis of the company's financial statements to find opportunities to optimize operating costs;
• Daily work with department heads to ensure cross-functional processes in businesses;
• Management of individual projects for business development;< /li>
• Optimization of business processes in the ecosystem.

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years work in FMCG/consulting/finance/operations management as an auditor, consultant, analyst, etc.;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with the company's top management;
• High proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel;
• Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate+ level;
• Experience in project management will be an advantage;
• Skills work with Looker Studio/Tableau/other BI software will be an advantage.
