We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires someone with strong organizational and communication skills who can act as a liaison between our legal team and partners, assist with financial management, and support various administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. They will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Support:
   
   • Serve as the main point of contact between partners and our legal team during contract negotiations and signing.
   • Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and standards.
2. Financial Management:
   
   • Assist in tracking expenses and managing financial documentation with the accountant.
   • Help in budget planning and forecasting.
3. Executive Assistance:
   
   • Handle personal requests and tasks from the executive team.
   • Organize business trips for the team.
4. Marketing Support:
   
   • Assist the team in organizing newsletters, presentations, and event coordination.
   • Help find relevant programs and opportunities that align with the company’s goals.
5. Analytics and Partner Relations:
   
   • Analyze LinkedIn posts and engagement to identify trends and opportunities.
   • Search for new contacts and build relationships with potential partners.
