What will be in your area of responsibility?
- ???Build and maintain the company's operating system (SOP, instructions and maintain order in the processes and knowledge base).
- Build and coordinate the processes of production, warehouse, marketing and launch preparation - the entire movement of the product from the idea of creation to sale.
- Communicate with contractors, monitor deadlines and closing of works.
- Work with company data and tools: Notion, Google Workspace, Looker Studio, KeyCRM, BAS.
- Orientate in key financial and legal processes to see how operational decisions affect the business.
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and basic recruiting.
- Teach the team to work with operational processes, explain the logic of changes and be a point of navigation in the operating system.

You have experience in operational or related roles (retail, production, logistics, e-commerce, fashion — a big plus). It is important for us to understand operational processes and be ready to take fromresponsibility.You are not afraid of dynamics, you think critically.You work confidently with Google Sheets and do not get lost in numbers and balances.You have internal proactivity: you see a problem > propose a solution > implement.You know how to communicate professionally with contractors, productions and the team.You quickly learn new tools and you are not afraid of operating systems: CRM, 1C, Notion, etc.
