Operations manager in Listex

The innovative team for the development of Internet metasearch for FMCG goods Listex.info needs an Operations Manager.

The purpose of the position: Timely resolution of operational issues, organization of processes (outings, booking requests, internal meetings). Control of the accuracy, relevance and completeness of the data created.

Responsibilities:

• Education of clients with the personal account interaction functionality on the platform;
• Assisting the client when problems arise and meeting the client's needs;
• Communication with clients to form an understanding of the company's work process;
• Communication with network representatives;
• Control, verification, and correction of errors affecting the quality of service provision to the client.

• Higher/unfinished education;
• High level of self-study with new technologies;
• Willingness to help and understand the client's problem;
• Perseverance, accuracy, focus on the result (not the process);
• Fluent PC skills.
