We are building a team of those who want to create and build successful digital products with their own handsThe mission of the role: Ensuring the implementation of operational plans and goals of all departments for the defined planning horizon, their consistency with each other and direct correspondence strategic goals of the company.
Your key tasks:
1. Operational planning
Implement and cascade KPIs across all divisions.
Inform teams about company goals and priorities.
Monitor the implementation of plans and, if necessary, make adjustments.
Minimize the risks of inefficient use resources.
2. Change management
Identify the need for changes based on the analysis of internal processes and the market situation.
Form action plans with definition of key stages, responsible and metrics.
Ensure timely and clear communication regarding changes.
Identify sources of resistance and develop ways to overcome it.
Control the execution of the planned changes. Performance management
Ensure employees are aware of their KPIs and norms.
Conduct KPI performance analysis and team effectiveness.
Optimize business processes to minimize losses and increase productivity.
Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose solutions.
Adjust work plans and determine new priorities.
Implement performance monitoring tools (dashboards, BI analytics).
4. Risk management
Keep an up-to-date risk register with an assessment of probability and potential impact.
Systematically monitor risks and implement early warning indicators.
Minimize the negative consequences of realized risks.
5. Quality and innovation management
Create and maintain a system of generation, selection and implementation of innovative ideas.
Provide feedback between departments to control the quality of processes.
Implement a system of continuous process improvement.
6. Management of communication and coordination
Maintain a transparent internal communication system.
Ensure effective dissemination of information about strategy and results.
Coordinate the timely exchange of information between units.
To create a single information space for the exchange of knowledge and practices.
Your experience and competencies:
Required:
Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a rapidly growing company.
Practical experience in streamlining and optimizing processes: the ability to bring order to chaos and improve existing processes.
Experience working with KPIs and goals: setting, regular control and analysis of results.
Experience in affiliate marketing and/or SEO will be an advantage.
Knowledge:
Methodologies of management by objectives: deep understanding of OKR, KPI or MBO
Financial management: understanding of unit economics, cost control and budgeting principles.
Optimization of processes: knowledge of Lean, BPMN 2.0 or other frameworks for describing and improving business processes.
Performance metrics: understanding key performance indicators of teams and internal customer satisfaction evaluation methods (eNPS, SLA).
Skills:
Business process modeling and optimization: the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and automate routine processes.
Financial analysis: the ability to audit the expense part, identify opportunities for optimization and increase efficiency.
Development of internal documentation: the ability to create clear and understandable policies, instructions and work standards.
Cross-departmental interaction: the skill of building horizontal connections between departments to eliminate conflicts and delays.
Management experience will be a significant advantage: the ability to organize a team and monitor the achievement of results
