Operations manager in ANVI

We are an engineering company that develops ground stations for drones. We are currently actively scaling production and are looking for anOperations Manager to set up operational production processes — from components to finished stations — and help the engineering team scale without sacrificing quality and speed.

 Що потрібно робити:

• Керувати потоком виробництва: від компонентів до ready stations.

• Plan assembly schedules, distribute tasks among engineers.

• Monitor component stocks, control orders and deliveries.

• Monitor productivity: number of assembled units, cycle time, queues for repair.

• Organize the work space, document processes, remove bottlenecks.

• Ensure harmonious interaction between R&D and production.

• Full time, office in Kyiv (Podilsky district).

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00.

• Trial period: 3 months.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in operations or engineering production.

• Understands logistics, supply, inventory of technical components.

• Can coordinate several parallel processes simultaneously.

• Knows how to measure metrics and build processes "from scratch".

• It is not necessary to be an engineer - it is important to think systematically and manage the process.
