Operations manager in Frontline

The Frontline Robotics company develops and manufactures robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. Our mission is to save human lives by robotizing the military. We create complex technical solutions that are changing the rules of warfare right now.

We have formed an experienced and coordinated team of robotics engineers, programmers and designers, which is expanding and looking for specialists in various fields.

We currently need Operational manager

Requirements:

• Operational experience, administrative or project positions from 1 year.
• Experience in building, describing and optimizing internal processes.
• Skills in working with tools for managing tasks and processes.
• Ability to coordinate work between several departments and interact with contractors.
• Knowledge of document flow, reporting and development of internal policy/procedure.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily operational processes and interactions between departments.
• Assist. in the construction, description, maintenance and improvement of internal processes.
• Development and updating of instructions, procedures and internal policies.
• Preparation and maintenance of operational documentation and reports.
• Support of internal projects, interaction with contractors. suggestions for improvements.

Working conditions:

• Official employment;
• Official salary and reservation as needed;
• 5 day schedule per week, from 09:00 to 18:00 (office or hybrid);
• Vacation 24 calendar days, paid sick leave. Additional leave of 14 calendar days for veterans;
• Timely payment.
