DEHUB Tuning & Serviceprovides a full range of services, including washing, dry cleaning, polishing, applying protective coatings, gluing protective films, painting, noise insulation, and others, as well as selling original tuning from such well-known manufacturers as Hamman, Mansory, Lumma, ABT.

DEHUB Car Wash & Detailing specializes in premium washing and detailing, providing comprehensive car care services that meet the highest standards. Our experts use modern technologies and materials to ensure the perfect appearance and reliable protection of the car, fully satisfying the needs of the most demanding customers.

How do we see our candidate?

• Has 3 years of experience in automotive and team management.
• Able to lead a team, motivate employees and ensure the achievement of operational goals.
• Ability analyze work processes, identify problems and offer effective solutions to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Good computer skills, knowledge of 1C and CRM management systems - user level.
• High requirements for myself and the team, aimed at achieving planned results in all aspects of operational activities.

Your tasks will be:

• Organization and control of operative and operational activities of the car service and detailing center.
• Personnel management, division of responsibilities and team motivation.
• Quality control of provision services and interaction with clients (resolving non-standard situations).
• Service planning and control of business processes.
• Reporting.
