Operations manager in Smart Solutions

A well-known Ukrainian music label in connection with active development and expansion is looking for an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Operational project management;
• Management of the process of development and implementation of new directions of the company;
• Control, compliance with requirements for business processes and construction of new ones;
• Organization and implementation of project planning and budgeting;

• Control of work in CRM, ASANA and other programs used by the company;
• Ensuring executive discipline of the company;
• Timely and high-quality performance of assigned tasks;

• Ensuring the implementation of plans to achieve set goals;
• Development and implementation of tools to improve employee productivity.

Requirements:

• work experience – more than 3+ years;
• experience in setting and controlling tasks in large volumes and in various directions;
• work experience in CRM;< /li>
• experience of managing a successful project/product in show business/media/IT (or other successful projects);
• ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them;
• li>ability to work in a team;
• ability to explain one's position/opinion;
• autonomy in work;
• ability to formulate and control the implementation of employee plans;
