Operations manager in MULTIPLEX

Multiplex Group is the largest Ukrainian cinema chain looking for an experienced and responsible person for the vacant position Operations Manager< span> in the Company's Operations Department.

Main duties:

• Quality assurance and customer service in the cinemas of the network 
• Control of the implementation of company processes and procedures by the cinemas of the network. Ensuring the efficient operation of all cinemas, maintaining high service standards. 
• Creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new visitors and retain regular customers< span> 
• Cinema personnel management (coordination of recruitment, training, motivation and development of personnel) 
• Development, implementation and control of cinema budgets 
• Representation of the company's interests at the regional level, participation in events and meetings with partners
• Development and implementation of strategic plans for network cinemas

Requirements for candidates: 

• Experience of 3 years or more in a similar position in large system companies
• Knowledge of the requirements of the legislation on conducting business activities, methods of business planning and project management, methods of setting goals, principles of organizing processes and finding ways to implement changes, budgeting methods, communication, openness, result orientation, client orientation, strategic vision, proactivity
• readiness for business trips
