And due to rapid growth, we are looking for an OPERATION MANAGER!

• Work experience in the relevant field for at least 2 years
• High level of responsibility and organization

• High communication and organizational skills
• High analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data
• Knowledge of basic analysis tools data (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems)
• Skills of effective team and task management
• Skills of forming key performance indicators (KPI, OKR)

What will have to be done:

• Working with business processes and their description
• Conducting effective meetings and planners
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate
• Planning the activities of accountable units
• Analyzing economic and financial indicators, making decisions based on them

• Development and implementation of solutions to increase operational efficiency
• Provide quality feedback
• Project management, work with key managerial financial reports
• Planning , financial modeling
• Execution of individual tasks from the manager
