Operations Manager in X-Hunt

Our client is a charitable foundation, which has been helping children and women in difficult life circumstances since 2011, is looking forOperations Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the operational strategy of the fund and its projects .
• Coordinating daily operational processes, including financial, administrative, logistics and procurement operations.
• Search and implementation of solutions to improve the efficiency of the fund.
• Resource management and their optimization.
• Control over compliance with budgets and distribution of financial resources.
• Establishing and maintaining relations with partners, donors and other interested parties.
• Team coordination and ensuring effective communication between all project participants.< /span>
• Reporting on the fund's activities to management and donors.

Abilities and skills:

• Work experience from 5 years in operational management.
• The level of the English language is Upper-Intermediate.
• < span style="font-style: normal">The ability to provide effective control and execution of current tasks at a high level of operational workloadNo.
• Experience in personnel management and the ability to work in a team.
• Strategic and systemic thinking, high level of responsibility, organization, multitasking.
• The desire to help and make the world a better place.
