Operations manager in HR Studio

A company engaged in the rental and sale of equipment for monolithic construction is looking for an operational efficiency manager in command.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with 1C/BAS programs, G-Suite tools;
• Responsible attitude towards own work and production process, compliance with established standards and professional norms;
• Ability to take the initiative and make suggestions for improving production processes and work efficiency;
• Experience in describing business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Description of existing operational business processes in the company;
• Analysis of current operational processes to identify weak points, efficiency and opportunities for optimization;
< li>Implementation of Lean management in various departments of the company;
• Development of instructions, training and onboarding programs;
• Development of a proposal for the implementation of measures to modernize production facilities with the aim of increasing their productivity and reducing costs ;
• Development and implementation of standards and procedures that contribute to the effective execution of operational business processes;

Interaction with various departments of the company (including warehouse, logistics, sales, finance, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and to implement changes.
