Operations manager in Octarine

Hello! Let's get to know each other, my name is Oleksandra, I am the HR manager of the INB company. For four years, our company has been successfully operating on three continents and has taken a leading position in the sale of high-quality vitamin and mineral complexes. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an operations manager. Willing to consider a candidate without experience in the position of operations manager :)

What we are we want to see in the candidate:

• High analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic tools for data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel, CRM system).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate.
• Experience of working in an international company will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage, but not necessary.

What will have to be done:

• Maintaining key indicators: Responsibility for achieving planned indicators in different geographic regions (GEO).
• Control of product balances: Ensuring timely control and management of product balances to prevent shortages and surpluses.
• Supporting operations department managers: Providing support on all additional questions arising from the managers of the operational department.
• Analysis of general statistics of GEO: Conducting analysis of general statistics by regions.
• Preparation and implementation of materials in the call center: Development and implementation of materials in the call center for testing new hypotheses and niches
• Performance of individual tasks from the manager.
