We are looking for a responsible and energetic person who will ensure effective interaction within his area of ​​responsibility, initiate the improvement of existing business processes.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;

  • Experience of work in a similar/analogous position from 3 years;

  • Systematic, analytical abilities;

  • Emotional intelligence, empathy and a high level of management skills;

  • The spoken level of English is preferably B1.

Tasks:

  • Coordination and management of operational activities of divisions: (direct sales support, tender sales division)

  • Tracking and evaluation of the results of operational activities, identification of strengths and weaknesses for their further improvement: daily sales analytics, performance of key KPI indicators, correspondence between plan and fact in terms of brand, customer categories, managers, regions.< /span>

  • Maintaining cross-functional communication with units in order to promptly solve work tasks.

  • Development, optimization and reporting (strategic and operational performance indicators) and an action plan based on the results obtained.

  • Automation and optimization of operational processes.

  • Development and implementation of new ideas that help increase the Company's sales.
