• Bagland for more than two years has been systematically transferring 10% of product sales through the online store to the Serhiy Prytula Foundation; of our smaller friends, thanks to the cooperation of the Bagland brand with Glovo, we recycle their old backpacks and give them to the Sirius shelter for bedding in animal enclosures.

We have ambitious goals and a rapidly growing team, so we are currently looking for an OPERATIONS MANAGER.

What YOU get:

1. Guaranteed rate from 40,000 to 50,000 UAH;
2. In additionwe will prescribe KPI, realizing the planned indicators. You will receive a bonus;
3. We have no restrictions on earnings. Consistently showing high resultsYour salary will definitely be more than UAH 50,000;
4. Work schedule:Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
5. Comfortable office (Olena St. Carts), but sometimes you canwork remotely;
6. 2-4 times a month it will be necessarygo on a business trip to production(Lebedin), of course,we cover all expenses;
7. We have a great and professional team with whom you will be happy to work. 300+ people work in production alone;
8. We are looking for an initiative person, if you have an idea how to improve some process - we will definitely let you implement it;
9. Stable showing great results You will be able to become an operations director;
10. A clear understanding of what you would like to achieve. Each process in the company is described in detail.

• Knowledge of LIN or constraint theory systems;
• Experience in procurement and planning and international procurement.

Your main areas of responsibility:

1. Strategic tasks:make production plans, costs and resources for the manufacture of goods, implement the company's strategic plan, manage the company's logistics and optimize logistics processes, to manage the company's purchases for cooperation on the most favorable terms; ensure a sufficient number of goods for sales, in accordance with market needs, analyze market conditions and demands, manage production personnel, coordinate production technologies;
2. Operational tasks: maintenance of the company's production units, control subordinates' compliance with occupational health and safety rules, industrial sanitation, optimize technological and logistical processes, costs for these processes.
