Management of personnel budgets• Planning, recruitment and organization of the work of social project teams.• Resolution of conflict situations.• Organization of processes and project portfolio management• Formation of internal policies, rules and procedures to ensure effective staff work, compensation and motivation package.• Tracking of schedules and budgets of social projects for their timely continuation.• Preparation of requests for additional funding (if necessary).• Organization of project reporting for the supervisory board and other interested parties.• Communication with stakeholders within the framework of projects, including with state, communal bodies and NGO.• Participation in strategic planning and preparation of proposals. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management of non-profit organizations or related fields. Professional experience and skills:• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a managerial position, preferably as an operations director or project manager.• Strategic planning and execution skills.• Proactive problem-solving approach• Experience in budgeting and financial management.• Organizational and leadership skills.• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Fluency in English language at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate (B2).• Skills of preparing and conducting presentations
