Purpose of the position: Ensuring continuous work of the operational unit and organizational development of the Agency for better project efficiency and team productivity.
Tasks:
- setting up and managing the agency's document flow;
- creation and implementation of organizational rules and policies ;
- organization of selection processes (several vacancies per year), hiring, onboarding of new team members;
- planning and organization of team training and development;
- creating conditions for the development of organizational culture and team motivation;
- coordination of cross-functional interaction in the team, control of the implementation of back-office projects and tasks;
- selection and hiring of contractors, procurement of materials and services for the work needs of the team;
- organization and control of the work of the assistant of the Agency's partners;

Requirements: Higher education in the field of enterprise economy, organization management, finance, international economy, political science, international education will be an advantage;- From 3 years of practical experience in HR management, project or operational management;
- Experience in project management (planning, organization, implementation and control);
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, cloud services Notion, Miro;
- Timeto ensure effective control and execution of current tasks at a high level of operational workload;
- English language level - upper intermediate, having certificates - will be an advantage;
- Experience in implementing organizational development projects - will be a significant advantage;
