OUR FIRST PRODUCTS:

• Esper Hand is a self-learning robotic prosthetic hand that detects muscle activity and adjusts the control to the user’s behavior patterns to perform everyday tasks In a more human-like dexterity. Esper Hand is expected to be available in the US starting in the summer of 2022.
• Esper Control is a wearable non-invasive brain-computer interface
• Esper Platform is a cloud-based software solution that uses machine learning algorithms to individualize the control of wearables, including the Hand.

Responsibilities:

• Observability Backend Support:
• Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the observability backend.
• Ensure logs are correctly pushed to S3 and ingested into ELK or similar systems.
• Jenkins and CI/CD Pipeline Support:
• Provide support for Jenkins deployments and integrations with BitBucket pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CI/CD processes.
• Corporate Identity Management:
• Support the implementation and maintenance of identity management systems like FreeIPA and Okta.
• VPN and Security Management:
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of VPNs for secure access to internal resources.
• Support the configuration and monitoring of firewalls to protect internal resources.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an operations or support role.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and services, including Lambda.
• Basic knowledge of log management and observability tools (ELK stack).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins and BitBucket pipelines.
• Understanding of corporate identity management systems like FreeIPA and Okta.
• Experience in setting up and managing VPNs and configuring firewalls.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
