We are a direct advertiser and importer of goods from Turkey and China. In connection with the active development of the company, we are opening a vacancy for an Operations Director with knowledge of the Polish language. Candidates without knowledge of the Polish language will not be considered. Main responsibilities: Operational management of the customer support department (distribution of tasks, checking the quality of customer service); Participation in the process of purchasing goods (organization of product orders and delivery control); Control of the operation of the CRM system; Control of the operation of the warehouse (timeliness of shipments; organizational issues) ; Work with primary documentation; Reporting. The main responsibility is to maintain the effective functioning of the customer support department and control the continuous operation of the warehouse and supply of goods. The ideal candidate has: 1+ years of experience in a similar position; Confident user of Excel, CRM; High level of organizational skills and the ability to perform several tasks at the same time; Confident command of the Polish language.
