Vacancy from 04/23/2024 Position "Operational Director of the Sales Support Department". 10 regional managers under reporting. The department has about 400 employees. Full management of operational activities. Main responsibilities: Preparation of annual operational goals and detailed sales plans in accordance with business goals; Management day-to-day activities of Sportlife's sales management functions in line with business objectives; Personnel management and effective communication, integration and curation with both internal and external (marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, operations and schedules); Effective solutions in a competitive environment, trends and sales opportunities; Create, update and maintain a standard quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plan; Create, update and maintain a standard monthly and weekly sales plan; Monitor competitors' products, sales and marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly; Forecast, budget and track revenues expenses on accounts; Management of the results of the campaign after its completion, including client calls, expectations, deadlines and general management of the campaign. Requirements for candidates: Education: higher education; Work experience of 3 years in the position of Operations Director in large companies; Be able to manage processes; Be able to manage a team.
