Vacancy from 05/13/2024 Position "Operational director of the sales support department". 10 regional managers under his command. A division of approximately 400 employees. Full scope of operational management. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of annual operational targets and detailed sales plans in line with business objectives; Managing the day-to-day activities of Sportlife's sales management functions in line with business objectives; Personnel management and effective communication, integration and curation with both internal and external (marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, operations and schedules); Effective solutions in the competitive environment, trends and sales opportunities; Creation, updating and maintenance of a standard quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plan; Creation , updating and maintaining a standard monthly and weekly sales plan;Monitor products, sales and marketing activities of competitors and change strategy accordingly;Forecast, budget and track revenue and expenses on accounts;Manage the results of the campaign after its completion, including customer calls, expectations, deadlines and general campaign management. Requirements for candidates: Education: higher education; Work experience of 3 years in the position of Operations Director in large companies; Ability to manage processes; Ability to manage a team.
