Vacancy from 01.05.2024 Position "Operational Director of the Sales Support Department". 10 regional managers under reporting. The department has about 400 employees. The full scope of operational activity management. Main responsibilities: Preparation of annual operational goals and detailed sales plans in accordance with business goals; Management day-to-day activities of Sportlife's sales management functions in line with business objectives; Personnel management and effective communication, integration and curation with both internal and external (marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, operations and schedules); Effective solutions in a competitive environment, trends and sales opportunities; Create, update and maintain a standard quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plan; Create, update and maintain a standard monthly and weekly sales plan; Monitor competitors' products, sales and marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly; Forecast, budget and track revenues expenses on accounts; Management of the results of the campaign after its completion, including client calls, expectations, deadlines and general management of the campaign. Requirements for candidates: Education: higher education; Work experience of 3 years in the position of Operations Director in large companies; Be able to manage processes; Be able to manage a team.
