Operations Director Retail (Express Sports Network) in Sport Layf

We are looking for a Operations Director for Retail networksin one of the Express format sports club networks

Main responsibilities:

• Management of operational activities in a group of sports clubs;
• Preparation of annual operational goals and detailed sales plans in accordance with Express business goals; 
• Manage the day-to-dayactivities of Express sales management functions in line with business objectives;
• Manage personnel and effectively communicate, integrate and curate with both internal and external (marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, operations and schedules);
• Effective solutions in a competitive environment environment, trends and Express opportunities;
• Creating, updating and maintaining a standard quarterly, monthly and weekly Express plan;
• Monitoring products, sales and marketing activities of competitorsand changing strategy accordingly;
• Forecasting, budgeting and track incomeand expenses on accounts;
• Manage post-campaign resultsincluding customer calls, waits, deadlines and general campaign management.
  
  
  

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience of 3 years in the position of Sports Club Director, Operations Director or other management positions in sports networks clubs;
