The vacancy ofOperations Director (opportunity to becomeManaging Director)implies building and managing a team in an interesting, dynamic industry. Before the war, our agency was a leader in the premium real estate market in the city of Kyiv (11 years on the market in the segment of the full cycle of transactions with luxury real estate)and is now looking for a new leader. In the war and post-war perioda complete renewal of the team ofconsultantsis coming (the old experienced core has been lost due to immigration)and astrong , a talented, ambitious leader who would lead the company’s operational activities and bring it to previous heights.
Our agency is a leader in serving the English-speaking audience of investors in Kyiv, so the post-war period promises to be very profitable and active.
You will Respond directly to the company's shareholderand oversee the work of three departments. Your compensation and results will directly depend on your work and the performance of your departments. Lead generation and IT solutionsin our agency are the absolute top, but what is lame today is the attraction/training of real estate specialists and control over their daily work.
Job responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews and selecting a new team
- Training new employees
- Maintaining disciplinein the team / control over work
- Holding meetings with employees (once every two weeks)
- Control over reception incoming inquiries/calls from clients looking for apartments/office space. Premium / elite segment
- Distribution of incoming requests between a team of consultants (before the war, 15 consultants)
- Control over work with clients, and escalation point if necessary< /li>
- Constant monitoring of the office / residential real estate market
- Control over the completion of tasks by employees
- Accounting and reporting directly to the shareholder
Requirements to the candidate:
- Experience in working with real estateis desirable, but we are ready to hire a candidate from a related industry (banking, insurance, consulting). If you lack experience, we will train you.
- It is very important to have a good sense of taste and a good understanding of interiors / renovations and customer expectations. Be able to transfer this knowledge to the team
- It is also important to understand the various areas of activity and the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and have experience working in a structured international company.
- Ideal opportunity for an experienced real estate professionalwho is tired of travelingin and face to face work with clients, and wants to switch to a stationary office job.
- Excellent communication skills (on the phone)
