Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our theater club. The Director of Operations role focuses on the day-to-day administrative tasks necessary to effectively and efficiently achieve NASHi's mission.

Job Details:

• Part-time (20 hours per week), at least 1.5 hours per day.
• Salary up to $1000 per month.

Main duties:< /p>

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Director on long-range planning, develop and implement strategic plans aligned with NASHi's mission and vision. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in operational efficiency.
• Financial Management: Calculate and evaluate annual, quarterly and monthly budgets with the Executive Director and Company Accountants,
• Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and leading the team, ensuring seamless coordination of day-to-day operations including planning, event management, educational programs.
• Information Management and Reporting: Facilitate seamless information management and reporting between teams, board of directors and external partners to ensure effective communication and adoption reasoned decisions.

Qualifications:

• Has work experience innonprofit organizations.
• Deep financial understanding of nonprofit budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact with various stakeholders. 
• Passion for experimental theater and the desire to promote the development of creativity, diversity and inclusion in the artistic community.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (written and spoken). 
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is desirable. 
• Experience in arts management preferred, with an emphasis on theater programming, production and theater operations.
