We we are developing rapidly and are currently looking for an Operations Director in our team.

Your tasks:

• Management of procurement, production processes and logistics in the company;
• Search and analysis, implementation of new technological and organizational solutions to increase the efficiency of the company's activities;
• Providing planning for conducting the company's main activities.
• Control of the effective use of the budget;
• Optimization of business processes in the controlled departments;
• Organization of interaction with all structural units of the company;
• Financial and economic analysis of the activities of the controlled units of the departments ;
• Working with a team: motivation system, setting goals, providing tools for task performance;
• Organization and control of task execution from the generaldirector.

• Higher education (preferably technical);
• Work experience at managerial positions from 5 years;
• Experience in production;
• Practical user in project management;
• Professional mastery of 1C UPP;
• Experienced user of PC MS Office;
• Skills in implementing QMS in production - Kaizen, TQM, 6 Sigma, Lean;
• Aspiration for self-development, flexibility of thinking, ability to take responsibility.
