Operations Director (outstaffing company) in Talent Search

Due to the scaling of the company, we are looking for an experienced Operations Director to join the team, who will help improve the company's business processes and operational management. 

Location: m. Kamianets-Podilskyi (we will pay for the relocation). 

Type of company activity: since 2016, the company has been successfully working in the field of employment abroad and production of documents for legal work in EU countries. During this time, we have employed people in more than 10 European countries and secured permanent partnership relations with many reliable companies-employers. /p>

• You have 3 years of experience as an Operations Director of a business in the service sector;
• You were involved in the optimization and automation of business processes in the company;< /li>
• Able to operationally manage processes and a team of 200+ people;
• Have strong management skills;
• You are responsible, systematic and able to manage effectively team;
• You are always results-oriented.

Tasks that will be faced by the Operations Director:< /p>

• Management of operational processes.
• Management of resources.
• Participation in the development of strategic plans of the company.

• Leading a team of managers.
• Interaction with customers, partners and counterparties.
• Business development processes and management systems.
• Execution of other tasks related to the effective management of the company.

What you will get , working in our company:

• We are ready to offer good financial conditions of cooperation (depends on the profile experience of the candidate).  Your bet can be from 3000+euro plus bonuses. 
• Office in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi; Help with relocation + housing payment if you are from another city (mandatory office work).
• A contract is signed for the trial period. After successful completion of the probationary period (2 months), registration in the state;
• Paid vacation and sick leave;
• Regular work schedule - from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ;
• Receiving funds for visiting sports halls, clubs;
• Paying for the necessary training for professional development;
• You will report to the General Director and the Owner of the company.
