full support for the opening of establishments in Warsaw: from preparation to launch
organization and management of teams
- implementation of financial discipline style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">
regular communication with the head office
- experience style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">from 2 years
experience in the fieldhands-on experience is a plus
style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">strong management and organizational skillsreadiness for a high level of responsibility and involvement
- languages: Polish + Ukrainian (English - plus)
prompt resolution of non-standard and crisis situations

Motivation and conditions

Final result of work
opened and launched the first Klara Group facility in Warsaw in accordance with company standards (service, team, finances, processes)
formed and managed operating model of institutions in Poland
stable working and profitable institutions without constant operational "manual" support
assembled and trained management and line teams for each facility
implementation of the scaling plan — 6 working establishments in Warsaw within 12 months
established regular reporting and forecasted financial indicators of each institution
