He/she will be responsible for all ongoing and overall operations of the company’s business as directed and in line with the parent’s long term goals, plans and policies in collaboration with the parent’s technical, manufacturing, production and administrative support; will safeguard the company’s growth, profit and RoI.Key duties and responsibilities:Oversee day to day operations of GTA Ukraine.Monitor the different departments and promote cooperation to achieve overall goals.Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards.Provide leadership and clear communication.Communicate and embody the parent company vision and values.Implement policy, procedures and performance standards driven by the parent companyRegularly present reports on the status of the company’s operationsReview the financial results of all operationsProfile: for this function, we are looking for a textile specialist (or equivalent experience) with an excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian and English language, who has at least five years' experience in a similar management function in an international context.Preferred skills:Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.Able to motivate and build impactful production teams contributing to the overall company goals and results.Problem solver.
