UKRENERGO-ALLIANS LLC is the leader of the Ukrainian market of electrical and cable products. We provide comprehensive solutions for electrical installation, energy and construction — from cable products to automation and lighting systems. In order to increase the efficiency of the warehouse, the efficiency and quality of the fulfillment of customer orders, we are looking for a Director for warehouse, logistics and production management. 400">Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in management, warehousing, logistics or production processes.
• Implemented projects for automation of warehouse processes.
• Experience in implementing and working with WMS systems and production processes.
• Skills in warehouse organization and optimization logistics.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Sufficient command of a PC, including specialized programs for managing warehouse and production processes.
• Responsibility, proactivity and the ability to make effective decisions in multitasking conditions.

Duties:

1. Management of warehouse operations:

• Coordination of the processes of receipt, storage, assembly and shipment of goods.
• Implementation of an address storage system to optimize logistics processes.
• Automation of warehouse operations, in particular the launch and configuration of the WMS system.
• Control of regular inventories, analysis of balances and inventory management.
• Development and implementation of work standards composition, including regulations for employees.
• Control of losses, preservation of products, compliance with storage conditions.

2. Optimization of processes:

• Development of new logistics schemes aimed at reducing the time of receipt of goods, their assembly, sorting, control, packaging and delivery of orders.
• Ensuring accuracy of assembly and quick shipment of goods.
• Monitoring and improvement of internal logistics processes.
• Analysis of processes to reduce costs for warehouse and transport operations.
• Organization and optimization of all stages of the production process: from the receipt of TMC (goods and material values) to the transfer of finished products to the customer.
• Planning and organization of the assembly process of switchboard equipment taking into account the terms and specifications of orders.

3. Management of transport logistics:

• Organization of transportation of products from suppliers and delivery to customers.
• Control of the technical condition of the vehicle fleet, timely maintenance of vehicles.
• Analysis, optimization, planning of routes, taking into account fuel costs and delivery time.
• Analysis and implementation of profitable transportation schemes (outsourcing, own fleet).
• Ensuring timely delivery of orders.

4. Personnel management:

• Organization of the work of the warehouse, logistics and production department, including planning of work schedules.
• Development of a motivation system for employees.
• Evaluation of the performance of employees, conducting trainings and professional development.
• Formation and support of a strong and professional team.

5. Control of standards and safety:

• Ensuring compliance with labor protection, safety and fire safety standards.
• Control of compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Control of maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the territory of warehouse complexes, compliance with the rules for storing goods.

6. Financial planning and reporting:

• Control of costs for warehouse, transport operations and production, budgeting.
• Preparation of analytical reports related to logistics, warehouse work and production.

7. Implementation of innovations:

• Monitoring of modern trends in the field of logistics and warehouse accounting.
• Introduction of new technologies, automated logistics management systems.
• Participation in the development of new projects to optimize warehouse and logistics operations.
• Introduction of technologies to improve quality and reduce production costs.

8. Communication with other departments:
