Position "Operational director of the sales department". p>

10 managers in direct reporting, 400 Sale support specialists in indirect reporting. 

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of annual operational goals and detailed sales plans in accordance with business objectives;
• Managing the day-to-day activities of Sportlife's sales management functions in line with business objectives;
• Human resource management and effective communication , integration and curation with both internal and external (marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, operations and schedules);
• Effective solutions in terms of competitive environment,  trends and sales opportunities;
• Creation, updating and maintenance of standard quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plan;
• Creation, updating and maintenance of a standard monthly and weekly sales plan;
• Monitor products, sales and marketing activities of competitorsand change strategy accordingly;
• Forecast, budget and track revenuesand expenses on accounts;
• Managing the results of the campaign after its completion, including customer calls, waiting, deadlines and general campaign management< /li>

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher;
• Work experience of 3 years in the position of Operations Director in large companies;
• Able to manage processes; 
• Be able to manage a team.
