Requirements:

< li>knowledge of current legal acts that regulate the activity of a food and non-food retail enterprise;
• fundamentals of management and marketing, logistics and commodity science, organizational chart and structure of stores;
• development trends and market structure; existing requests and forecast of future needs of buyers;
• norms of official etiquette;
• corporate culture of the company;
• fundamentals of accounting, financial management, taxation, pricing;

• legislation on labor of ZU "On the protection of consumer rights", other laws and by-laws that establish requirements for the implementation of trade services;
  
  
• Working conditions: 5-day work schedule. Work in the office and travel to chain stores.

Duties:

• managing the development of the company's operational activities;
• implementing budget planning and control over the expenditure part of the company's stores;
• managing the operational processes of the trade network, identifying problems and developing ways to solve them;
• engage in the development and implementation of projects for the development of the company;
• analysis of the structure of turnover and costs of stores, including the wage fund, profitability indicators to achieve the goals set by the manager;
